At D Bar Desserts, fun food is taken very seriously – in the kitchen that is. On a cruise through their website it’s delightfully obvious that creativity takes center stage. And on a visit into the restaurant, hospitality shines from every employee.

So just how do they make everything look and taste so good? Where do all of their creative ideas come from? How does Keegan motivate his employees to provide great service, a fun ambiance and great food?

And what about the nuts and bolts of making the food: does he personally select his equipment, restaurant supplies and ingredients?
