Countertop Griddles: The Expert Opinion

We  met up with Christopher Kasik, the special markets/culinary manager for Cadco, LTD and asked him to demonstrate the key details of Cadco’s line of countertop griddles. Cadco offers both cast iron and glass top griddles, both of  which are known for excellent heat distribution. Another key feature of Cadco’s countertop griddles is the easy-to-clean construction. Many models are available with removable splash guards and grease traps, which allow for easier breakdown and quicker clean-up times.

Hi Maggie. Fantastic video here! I’ve learned from experience that when buying kitchen equipment it’s important not to be tempted by cheaper, cut-price models. The initial savings may be offset by future servicing and repair costs. If in doubt, go for a reputable, long-standing brand. They’re a popular sellers for this very reason and are more likely to offer good customer support.

    Best wishes, Alex.
